The price listed on this puppy is for Limited AKC registration (which means no breeding rights). If you are interested in purchasing this puppy with Full AKC rights there will be an additional fee to listed price. Price will vary upon each dog-so please ask if you are interested in buying this puppy at Full AKC rights. -OR- If you are interested in purchasing a potential breeder at the limited AKC price I have decided to offer a return puppy agreement to buyers that meet my criteria. | This puppy is being sold at a reduced price to above new owner with following stipulations: 1) Puppy will be AKC registered to breeder(Robin Snow) with the agreement that a return puppy from a future litter from the above new owner will be returned to Breeder(Robin Snow). Once a return puppy is sent to breeder(Robin Snow) AKC full rights will be transferred to above mentioned new owner 2) The return puppy will be from the above mentioned puppy at breeding age. A puppy from another breeding pair of like quality and conformation will be considered at the breeders (Robin Snow) discretion. Return puppy will be transferred to breeder(Robin Snow) with Full AKC rights. 3) The breeding must be between two AKC registered dogs of quality conformation. No serious faults will be considered as a quality conformation. 4) No puppies from above mentioned dog will be AKC registered until a return puppy has been transferred to the breeder(Robin Snow). 5) If return puppy comes from the above dog, breeder(Robin Snow) will get pick of the litter to be decided upon up to 6 weeks of age of the litter. 6) If the new owner decides not to breed this dog for any reason and does not desire to acquire Full AKC rights to this puppy then there will be no standing agreement between breeder(Robin Snow) and above mentioned buyer as the price paid for the above mentioned dog was sold at a pet price and AKC paperwork will remain with the breeder. 7) Should new above mentioned owner decide that they are no longer interested in returning a puppy to the breeder (Robin Snow) but are interested in getting full AKC rights of the above puppy transferred over to them. The additional costs of $500.00 can be paid to breeder(Robin Snow) for Full AKC rights. Once this amount has been paid to breeder (Robin Snow) she will transfer the Full AKC registration rights over to new above mentioned owner. However this decision must be made prior to the above mentioned dog has been bred. 8) If the return puppy has to be shipped to the breeder(Robin Snow) she agrees to pay $175 of the shipping fees. Any additional fees will be the above new owners responsibility. 9) The return puppy will be of good health and will receive a veterinarian health certificate along with proof of proper shots and wormings prior to being transferred to breeder. 10) Any expenses involved in the care and breeding of the above dog will be solely the responsibility of the above mentioned new owner. This includes but is not limited to a c-section if necessary. 11) The health guarantee provided by breeder (Robin Snow) that above mentioned puppy was sold on must be acknowledged and honored in order for this agreement and Full AKC rights to be transferred. My up most concern is that the above mentioned dog is loved and cared for properly. This contract is in addition to the provided health guarantee. 12) If above mentioned new owner wishes to show above mentioned dog prior to receiving Full AKC rights breeder(Robin Snow ) will enter the dog into desired shows at the above new owners expense until full AKC rights are transferred |
