If you see a Chihuahua puppy that you have decided after careful consideration to make a
part of your family, but is not yet old enough to go home with you, you have the option of
leaving a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00.
Your new puppy will have to be at least eight weeks old before it is old enough to go to its
new home with you. Sometimes a little older for smaller sized puppies. Each puppy is different
and it will be determined with each puppy as to when it will be old enough to leave.
This deposit says “I am serious about purchasing this puppy”.
Once I receive your deposit and this deposit agreement is signed and sent to me, this puppy
will no longer be available to future buyers.
If you the buyer should change your mind and decide that you no longer want a puppy, all
deposits will be forfeited, You can however transfer your deposit to another available puppy
or a puppy from a future litter.
Under NO circumstances will a deposit be refunded. Unless this puppy should be found with
any defects at the time of inspection by a licensed veterinarian and is considered unfit for
sale another puppy may be offered in that puppies place. If you the buyer should decide
against another puppy the sellers sole remedy shall be to return all deposits to you the buyer.
The balance of this puppy will have to be paid prior to it going to live with you. If you are not
able to pay the balance before the puppy turns 8 weeks old and you have not communicated
with ILuvChihuahuas.com as to when you will be able to pay the balance, Iluvchihuahuas.com
only option will be to assume you are no longer interested in purchasing this puppy, therefore
it will become available to a new owner and all of your deposits will be forfeited.
